This is not true!
There are intelligent and capable Serbs , but he main problem is we always make incompetent idiots as leaders.
The smart and capable never take on the role of leader, but leave that role to the idots.
What we need to learn is to be open-minded and consider different ideas in order to come up with the best solution. And not to immediately call someone a traitor if they don't agree with our ideas.
