So the way it actually works is that anyone with a heart is inherently driven out of the system, irrespective of political affiliation, IQ, temperament, work ethic, or even prior submission to the system. If you have a heart that means: you don't like exploiting people or hurting children, you want the world to be a better place, but you don't want to step on people to make it happen, most importantly, you want to eradicate evil, not make peace with it.
