Not everyone knows this but Valve partnered with Nexon multiple times in the past. They wouldn't hurt a partner like this, specially after Nexon bent the knee and marked the game as having "adult content."
The delay is either a technical issue or being caused by a soon-to-be-fired retard who thinks Nexon is some small indie developer they can bully.
