This is common anon. I fell into the trap several times when I was younger. I don’t have a defense against it either.

My solution was to cut all romantic relationships with women out of my life. It’s a poor solution, but I’m not willing to go through the hell again. I’ve been destroyed three times. I won’t do it again.
