you realize existing flcs are baked into the price of the dlcs they accompany? It's soft marketing for the dlc and the basegame and other dlcs by proxy. To drive up playercount.
I'm not saying they'd otherwise be flc. I'm saying I'd pay for these otherwise neverevers with no frills or fat.
