In Void Stranger, Lady Grey was already a goner once she stepped into the Void, the room you can access using your own brand hosts the actual you already turned into an eldritch entity dreaming up a body for herself to move around the Void while her actual self gets more and more fragmented, reaching dementa and confusion as shown during the first ending sequence.
