A cosplayer decides to cosplay a powerful hero, who she greatly admires. Her cosplay is incredibly well made, and she's beloved across the cons she visits. Her cosplay is so realistic that it manages to fool countless people.
...Unfortunately, one of those people is the hero's greatest rival, who's finally figured out a plan to get rid of her for good.

The powerless cosplayer stands no chance as she's snatched off the street and transformed into a hero-shaped onahole. Her protests go unheard, as her lips turn to neon rubber and her voice box is replaced with a vibrator. All she can do is impotently shake and vibrate as she agonisingly awaits what's in store for her.

And what's in store is pretty awful. There was a lot of mutual hatred going on in that rivalry, and so the villain has prepared some... particularly degrading sexual torments for her. What makes things worse is that they're calibrated for someone superhuman, not an unfortunate cosplayer. This is the sort of fate designed to truly break down the most stalwart of heroes, not a random innocent woman. If only she could let him know before he fucks all his countless years of rage into her quivering pink form. All she can do is take it.

Of course, he eventually finds out. Long after she's already been sold off to some distant lands, and is now being circulated around one of the many foreign villains our great hero pissed off. Oh well, collateral damage is to be expected. Not like anyone will notice. She's unrecognisable. Her identity has been completely erased and turned into an admittedly very true-to-life piece of merchandise for a superhero who never even found out about her. He's the only one who knows what really happened. Who actually cares about her ultimate fate? Except her, but it's not like a toy's opinion matters.
