If you were asking which Tetra character is most likely to receive the next OverSpec then I think Alice could be a good candidate. I feel like for Anis it'd make more sense lore wise that she'd just get a regular idol alt, like I don't see a way for her to be upgraded with non-Ark technology which is the requirement to consider a character OverSpec in the lore.
For Alice it makes more sense though since I feel like they've hinted before that she's special in some ways and I don't mean her being retarded and I still think she might be Freesia and there will be more stuff about it eventually since we still don't know who she was really
