AST does a lot of that, from throwing cards at people (support cards are very inconsequential though) while SCH is more of a two minute andy
SCH also suffers from the schizophrenia of their party tools also being tied to the resource that lets you do energy drain so if you wanna max out dps you're gonna have to be a fucker

AST got kinda lobotomized in dawntrail but the burst window is still probably the highest APM healers are ever gonna get
SCH's difficulty mostly comes from it being jank as hell (on purpose), for example stuff like dissipation turning off all your fairy moves so if working around that is fun to you (it is to me) it's pretty good

i raid AST so i'm half sick of it at all times but it's honestly pretty fun, i like most of your tools being based on a timer that you can arrange and let go on its own based on the fight's timeline
SCH i'm torn if i like it more or less than SGE but i'd say both of those are very much fun in different ways so make your own opinion on that by trying it out
at the end of the day it's still healers, if you like making bars go up instead of down it's fun but if you don't there's nothing else to them
