I do appreciate that he actually cared about what was destroyed in the past to send groups out to search for artifacts and to try to recover what the British/French were doing to their subjects for subjugation. But it was purely to prove his ideas of the white race and he discarded anything that wasn't for that goal. Strong willed people who wanted to challenge the forced ideas on them existed, but usually they were burned to death or stoned by the higher power of their society. It's always like this, but now there is no unifying higher force in society to regulate any discussion.
