As someone who's been waiting for this event since it was announced in JP.
The Good!
>Juri can cook. MY GIRL CAN FUCKING COOK!
>Sena took the event by storm and in a good way.
>All non-Hina Prefects make an appearance in a good way, which Gehenna needs more of.
>Gehenna mobs are cute as fuck.
The Bad.
>Massive lack of CGs. This event felt like a massive afterthought. It's good that some ignored students got to have the spotlight for once, but this event could've had a lot more of CGs, like showing Pan-Pan's evergrowing stages or something like that.
>This was the perfect chance for Erika and Kirara to make an appearance. This casual setting was PERFECT for them, and yet they're nowhere to be seen.
>Following on the previous point, no new Gehenna students either. Why the fuck haven't we gotten a new Gehenna student in YEARS?!?!?!?
>Painting Fuuka as blindingly ignorant of what happens in Gehenna when she gets to experience first hand the worst of the worst in a daily basis due to Gourmets, Onsen, etc. The writers REALLY don't know what the fuck to do with Gehenna and it shows.
>Hina and Haruna making an appearance at all. They were not needed at all, and yet.
>They re-used 3rd Anni Gehenna event assets instead of at least putting an inch of effort to make Pan-Pan look somewhat like Nü-Juri's Pan-Pan.
Rating: 6/10 Overall.
I'm glad this event took place, but even then, it really feels like Gehenna as a school gets sloppy second every single time. They cannot be allowed to have 9/10 or 10/10 events if it doesn't feature Hina left, right and center. And knowing this is the last piece of Gehenna content until who knows when, I fear for when we get the ever elusive Gehenna Story Volume, whenever that happens.
