The blackedfag eulaposter is a moderator if it wasn't obvious, I've been instabanned a few times for stating this fact over the past month. It's why is off topic and avatarfagging is never deleted, why his spade edits in /zzz/ and /hsrg/ never get deleted, and why other rule violations are instantly dealt with when he's present in a thread.
He does have a friend (the guy who posts mizuki webms) who will defend him and vice versa.
