I am not an expert but this is just what I get from the kids I work with. I did not mistype it for BRUH but it can be used the same way as BUH is just a filler word mostly used in a derogatory way to mock someone. The classic is when someone says "what" or "huh" to something simple and it is met with "BUH" because they can't reply any other way. Think of that car scene in the boondocks.
