A few years back I drew this and the idea was the guy on the floor has to see the guy on top get raped first hand (the guy on the floor is like a prince, and the guy on top is his steward).
I'm not a fan of how I drew it, but it's the general idea.
Also, I've read quite a few fics with a similar premise. If you want some fanfic recs I can go and see if I can find some of those fics again.
