That doesn't make the fight any better. Even if it was true, they should've used the Vigilante MC from MHA instead, because not only would the fight be more thematic (or hell, just bring actual peter parker into it, he's been out of DB for over a decade) but it'd have two characters properly representing heroic ideals in that case. Only issue is that he'd probably lose to Marvel scaling (they have Miles on city level somehow) since he doesn't actually scale that well off of the top tiers beyond being really fast.
