Someone explained it yesterday.
An anon got extremely upset because to him, this thumbnail (pic related) apparently looks like the Chinese flag.

He assumed it was something chinese until he actually opened the webm.
But he continued to be upset anyway and nows calls the webm "reddit" to make a reason to continue being upset at them.
