Boil it down and yeah it kinda is the same plot. Accept the main difference is they actually manage to make you like Caesar whereas Hiroi completley and utterly failed to make anyone like Wuk Lamat. Also Caesar has a cute tomboy voice even in english instead of being voiced by a 40 year old tranny putting on a terrible fake latina accent.
