Halo is a shonen anime. Master Chiefs name is literally the MC, he has special genetic abilities that allow him to be better than most. He has a mostly naked female companion that fell in love with him, he's killed "gods", survived everything that would've killed anyone else (punching a nuke and tanking it TO THE FACE). His most valuable friend is his former enemy that tried to kill him. His parents are dead. He can do anything he puts his mind to. The only thing he can't do is beat his mentor Sgt Johnson at arm wrestling.
