Time can only tell. I don't know if that worst will happen, but genuinely, I can't imagine it not happening at any rate. She's already got an abusive mother and she hardly cares for family back in Algeria. I've told her before, race alone would make the relationship hard on her family connection. Faith alone should mean she's not allowed to be with me. Way I see it, she already has a terrible family. Dad walked out, mom is emotionally abusive. Extended family is not there. On top of her essentially being a loner due to lack of chances for friends. This will be a conversation we will have to have if we are to be together long term after all. Will I go hard in trying to make her follow Christianity? Probably not. It's just that from my knowledge of the two things, she will be happier overall in life if she was to follow that method of belief over Islam since faith is more important in her life than it is mine.
