Yeah it's pretty much confirmed at this point. You can literally see "Imu" on Zunesha. That makes no sense until you realize it's just Lili D. Nefatari there and the reason she never returned was after backstabbing Joyboy her body was stolen by the King Imu with the Ope Ope, hence her never returning to Alabasta.

There's a reason Zunesha has a garden on it's back and Imu looking eyes just like there's a garden at the top of Marijoise. Same powers.
