So all the talk about butchering race horses once their career is over got me curious to try out horsemeat.
Gotta say, its not bad. Bit of a gamey taste but I guess that is to be expected, still if you got the chance I would give it a try. The horse is dead anyway, might as well use up all its parts, not just for glue.
