You are correct.
One thing I think Bing does much better than Perchance is character posing.
Also, Bing is better at conceptual work. Example, to the left is Bing's reaction to the prompt "photo of a 1966 jaguar XKE inspired futuristic concept car"
Though I don't know why every time I ask for a futuristic concept car, Bing always makes it silver...
