The latter only consisted of two elves who, wearing fancier garb than their companions, clearly stood out from the rest. These two elves—your perception telling you this was a brother and sister pair—carried themselves with a degree of elegance that only Ruby could match. They were in the middle of a meeting with a couple of humans and another elf. Upon closer inspection you find that this third elf was none other than one of the highest ranking bureaucratic elves in Centria — Elre.
