This is a Shihori Sugamoto thread but because those girls were mentioned and there is a post that describes the game as ''gross pedo shit''...here they are, these are the flatest girls in Blue Reflection, at least the first game, if we talk about the franchise in general there are more characters. Yeah, if they are in underwear it might be even more noticeable compared to other outfits.

Like in Senran Kagura and Mary Skelter for example, there ARE flat characters or at least characters with small breasts in Blue Reflection but they are a minority.
