Slasher never actually killed anyone, save for Mob Bitch NPC, if you're referring to the laundry room scene, the killer doesn't have any ghost swirls, and the one time we see their eyes they don't have the same ghost patterns or colors (though to be fair it is distorted by the water and lighting)
