I've never played picrel due to owning an xbox and hearing PC version isn't a good port.
Has the latter changed, are there fan patches that fix all of these issues or is it better to play PS2 version?
If so can emulator do it now or should I find real hardware?
I only got PS3 slim which can do it via PS2 Classics Emulator but list says it still retains some issues even with fixes applied.
