"My love," Ayane said with a bow, "We have found many who are willing to sell both land and home."
"Only the best for my gallant Master~" Ruby chimed in with a coy smile.
"And all within budget." Ayane added.
As you ate you the two women gave a summary of places that were available for purchase. The selection was alright. You could see an emphasis on location and space— the bare minimum you ordered them to look for. Though some unmarked plots were given special interest, which made sense considering the ease in which construction clankers could shape buildings there if working with you and your wives, if the new wing of the mansion was anything to go by.
After lunch was wrapped up you all went to see said properties in person.
It was clear that Ayane and Ruby were hard at work in finding places you would desire. As was decided before, the properties were both spacious and in convenient locations. Even the empty plots were at the very least large and relatively close to civilization. You made certain that all of these places were close to an actual hospital or clinic, and most (save for the vacant plots) already had magical security systems installed.
Of the actual houses and buildings, you found a decent selection:
- The first property was somewhat close to the marketplace, but far enough away to not be associated with it. The Merchant's Guild was also nearby, and some smaller guilds like the Mage's Guild and the Artisan's Guild weren't too distant either, but your neighbors were mostly nobles and the like. A few local restaurants were scattered around the immediate proximity, including that cafe you and your wives often visited. There was a decent amount of activity near this place, enough to make it feel neighborly without being crowded. A daily ferry came and went near the Mage's Guild, taking and returning teachers and students from the Centrian Academy.
- The second, which looked like a castle despite not being as impressive as your manor, was located in a much quieter part of the city. The presence of the Centrian Knights could be felt here, with it's main headquarters in walking distance. The Adventurer's Guild wasn't too far away either, though a flying ferry would still be more convenient to take if you wanted to visit it. And, though it was close to a public hospital like all the other places, Nicodemus' private clinic was also nearby as well. Notably there were a few churches here and there, but, though they weren't exactly close by, you could visit them if you wished.
