It's the 'paranormal' part of GS I find interesting. How many points does your Fallout character have in energy weapons or as an Anon once asked me: What invisible and inaudible force can reach through a concrete wall and crush a femur?
While this general is mostly about Anon expressing his grumpiness over illegal and retarded acts towards him there is also room for the more unknown aspects like electronic torture. This general is especially good for that since some people refuse to believe that their skin getting burn scars while they sleep refuse to believe it's because of some kind of demonic possession.
One should however not judge energy weapon torture to be more severe than regular slander-stalky GS because we can at the moment put our finger on what slanderstalking is. Nobody and I mean nobody but the perpetrators has any idea what electronic torture actually is.
