He tosses it to one of them and lets them pass it around, look at it. "I wish there was more than two options, but there's being an Insider and being..."

"There is the Tzarina," he says, his Russian accent revealed in full force. Thick and yet clear, like for a movie. "Where being an Insider means not talking about most issues, and just being silently true to the core tenets of the founding documents; the Tzarina has a more... Populist message... It's not what we would prefer... But it's useful... It motivates people and it mobilizes them... And it's pointed safety away from us, pointed towards our shared enemies..."

She has connections to communities and she employs from the very bottom, with management from grandmas and brand new fashion graduates." He touches the uniform he is wearing. "There work is... It's efficient It's good for cost."
He then swallows again. "But here she's mobilizing a battalion in Nebraska, and it's only a matter of time till she starts getting materials and lieutenants for Wyoming... I heard she just got back from a long stay in another dimension, studying at the feat of someone who had waged a very successful series of campaigns and wars... Guerilla wars... And then they had rolled that into a series of states... As a special forces medic, I have to respect proper use of insurgency and counter insurgency...."
He then finishes his tea and checks around, before carefully standing up to give someone the arm band. "But that's enough talking for now... And I have pushed the agenda of another enough for the night."
And with that, he splits off to have some time alone and then be part of first watch.
[If anyone wants to, they can decide or roll if they like the food.]
