43 (almost 44) and physically fine, no supps or drugs. Staying in shape is pretty easy. I train maybe twice a week, for 60 mins total, I try to train as little as possible while still hitting everything since training itself is unhealthy and ageing. I don't quite eat a carnivore diet, but it's like probably 90% fish, eggs, meat with 10% discretionary for socialising. I don't count calories. I also try to get sun as often as possible throughout the year. I never use sunscreen and have been sunbathing like this for maybe 15 years. I think this is really important for hormone function and is another element that modern people are completely wrong about.
Around my mid-30s is when nearly everyone around me started to get out of shape, especially the women. People generally do everything wrong and try to compensate by going to the gym more often. Everything starts from eating and living naturally, if you do that then your body won't fight you, it will want to be lean.
