Camelot isn't great, but its primary focus (Bedivere) is a great character that ties into Sabers original story in Stay Night interestingly. Everything before Camelot exists as set up for the overarcing plot of FGO or just clapbait "I RECOGNISE THAT CHARACTER" moments for the likes of Nero, Medea, etc. Camelot is part 6 of a 7 chapter + finale first arc for the game. Babylonia is the 7th and is the highlight of the first arc. It's what got adapted into an anime and is IMO the first chapter with relatively compelling writing in its own right.

The Lostbelts are Arc 2 and are generally at the same level of Babylonia, fairly well contained stories with a mix of original characters and some clapbait.

Lostbelt 6 (Fairy Britain) is generally considered the absolute peak of the games writing. It is by far the largest chapter, is directly personally written by Nasu (the writer of the original VN) instead of just supervised by him, and is a fucking rollercoaster of a journey. If it never gets an anime adaption then it's a crime.
