Shadows make no sense, but there's three easier tells:
1. The clothing doesn't line up behind the foreground arm.
2. The clothing wraps around the background arm like that's the front of her torso.
3. There's a gibberish signature in the bottom right.

I'm a guy that likes AI and thinks it's really cool, but this one is pretty easy to spot, hombre.
