why is it so hard to find people that can be CONSISTENT in ultimates? Every group has 1-3 people that are terrible at consistency. I can never find a group that has all 8 people being consistent

My TOP static had a deadline because our tank was leaving for a month. About a week prior to that deadline we started to raid every single day in order to clear(we were late p5 prog), and it worked! Consistency went through the roof and we started to see P6 very often. But after the clear we went back to 2 days a week and now we're back to wiping to random shit due to 2 people(+1 wipe due to me tonight, feel like an idiot). Only got the 2 clears so far...

After raid ended everyone was like "yeah, I'm done, no more reclears, go pf your reclears"

So my top static is over... only 2 clears...
