Had to stick around for a bit for family reasons. But yeah the white flight is very real. It was 1-2 jeet families at the start of covid and it's just snowballed since then, albeit a giant shit coloured snowball that's now melting all over the suburb, i'd say half of the street has moved out/in in just the last 12 months and the white families i've kept in touch with all went to country towns 1-2 hours away. I'm planning on going interstate and way further out than that though because after the government is done with it's ghetto infilling it's going to flood those towns on the periphery of the metropolitan area and just create even bigger urban sprawl. I don't want to be within 3-4 hours of a centrelink office.

And yeah i'll be dropping big files to mates at the ATO once i'm gone, couple of jeet and arab charities should get rolled up along with the chang businesses.
