Long ago, in the far off years of circa 2009-2012, there was a girl called Nyanners.
In a Land called "/a/", Nyanners would post vocaroo links of her voice /a/ meme, manga panels, and hentai doujin panels. She did a song about oni-chan fucking her butt. I have that one saved, but I don't know where it is publicly.
And she was very good.
And everyone loved her, she was an accepted fem/a/non.
Then one day she opened a youtube channel and uploaded her vacaroos combined with the panels.
And everyone loved it.
Then she uploaded/posted her own version of the popular song Pom Pom

...But then she removed some of her videos. Then she started streaming. NOT vtubing, streaming. This was like 2014-2016. Just her voice over gameplay, yapping and stuff.
And so anons would chat in her stream, and of course people would request Pomf, reading od some manga/hentai panels, ask 4chan questions, and just talk about what she was famous for.
...Then the fucking bitch started immediately banning people on the spot, anyone who asked her about her 4chan past, anyone who brought up the hentai panels, any 4chan memes.
She burned all bridges and all ties with 4chan. Deleted any 4chan-esque videos. And behaved like any other e-girl.
And so /a/ and 4chan turned on the traitorous bitch.
4chan supported her was she was just some girl posting voice clips.
4chan made her youtube channel big.
Without our support, she wouldn't have made a channel, it wouldn't have gotten big, she wouldn't have become a streamer, and she wouldn't have become a Vtuber.
Fuck her.
And you know, if she just came out at thr beginning and said "I've matured, I'm not happy about my "toxic" or perverted 4chan past, so I want a clean slate, please don't bring it up" that would have been gay, but people would have accepted it.
But no, instead it was ban, ban, ban, delete her past, never acknowledge her past, sell out.
