I think every other country on earth cares a lot more about the vietnam war than any vietnamese or american. my guess is the rent free seething is from Japs, Brits, Indians, Germans, Russians, Arabs, etc who all got btfo and are still butthurt about it so they try to claim victory by proxy through vietnam. that's my theory at least.
