From what I've seen through ViiTor that seems to be the case. But I find Nagi's voice and reactions to things cuter sounding and I like her model, so she's who I often end up watching if they're both on at the same time (although this sometimes changes depending on their game choices). If my Nihongo was jouzu and I could appreciate the nuances of what Peke was saying, I might watch her over Nagi.
