played the original and the remake remake is better in every fucking way original is clunky outdated garbage where you move like a busted fridge on ice with a camera that looks like it was designed by a blindfolded drunk there’s zero gameplay just walk cutscene puzzle repeat like some interactive powerpoint remake actually has solid combat creative puzzles smooth controls and yeah atmosphere is still there but now it’s actually playable you nostalgia brainrot fossils can’t handle the fact that your beloved ps2 relic is a boring broken mess if that shit dropped today it’d get laughed off the internet you probably didn’t even play it just watched some 3 hour youtube essay and now think you're a horror connoisseur remake picked up the rotting corpse of sh2 and made it not just playable but better in every way cry harder
