Complete retard.Physical strength is vital for a police officer. It's the main way to avoid ecalation. A male officer can just grab a drunk a guy getting out of hand and cuff him, thus ending the situation safetly, quickly and effectively. If a female cop tried that they're getting swatted aside, panicking and grabbing her gun and firing off a bunch of shot like a frightened puppy. Now you have a dead man and possible bystanders all over a beer and a DEI hire. That's assuming he doesn't just grab her and yank the gun from her before she can even undo the strap on it. And that's just first contact. A woman have zero control over even a cuffed suspect. She can't push him into the car if he gets resists, or chase him if he decides to run. Her only choice is to immediatly resort to deadly force in any scenario where they resist. She's a complete non-threat at best and a liability at worst.
