Could you anons share your experiences in the Balkans, please?

I'm planning a 13 night journey in this region, through Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia. It will be a solo backpacking trip in the summer. I'm interested in history, architecture, pretty nature, nightlife, and social hostels.
