Here's where the problems started.

As you know, Nurse Joy's cap seems to be fused to her head, as normally you can't generate pics of her without it. I tried the trick I used with the sundress gens, adding 'sun hat' or 'straw hat' to the list.

For the most part it worked, but I still got several where she either had that cap, or its cross appeared on the new headwear. I lost a bunch of points trying to get my target amount of good ones.
