he has stories of deadbeat/nothing to lose new recruits that would rather kill themselves than work for this country. they jump off the building and literally explode upon splatting.
One year they put up some netting in hope to catch them. It made the suicide rate worse because it made the building scream 'look at me, im the suicide building!'
