The more I look at it the less it looks like cheating.
He reacts to sound and minimap info. He flicks fast and fires in one motion but it's a gamble. He misses a lot. And when he does hit it's not impressive tracking.
He turns fast and shoots and retards makes compilation videos of the times it works out and cuts out every time his flicks misses completely.
