Playing lorerim, and I have a couple of questions. My build so far has been a stealth khajit spellblade (1h sword / dagger with offhand spells) and there's been a few things bugging me about the gameplay / level up system.

First, it's really annoying how my look sensitivity halves when attacking / casting spells. Is there any way to fix it?
Second, how the hell do I get more perks besides leveling up? There's so much shit I need to unlock

Third, is there a level cap and how the hell does the max level for skills work? They seem to be going up one every time I level, and I've kinda figured out that you can't repeat actions over and over to level up skills normally like in vanilla. So I could have 50 in two handed despite never using a two handed weapon, as long as I keep investing points into it...? And I won't be able to access level 75 / 100 perks until I'm like level 50+?
