So many mages you see who don't even have rank 1 CoC on their bars, it's literally the single strongest spell in the game where the afflicted 75% slow lasts longer than it's own cooldown. The burst from FS into CoC also guarantees you can instantly off an entire pack, instead of having the mobs wander around potentially aggro'ing more shit.
Imp Blizzard at 22 is such a fucking meme and every shitter under the sun keeps falling for it. Shatter is way, way more fun and still strong in PvP too.
