I've only read DR1 and 2 but aroace people are a pretty small minority and you typically shouldn't assume people fall into that category without good reason. Byakuya's a possibility, though he could just as easily be a picky person that rarely feels romantic/sexual feelings but isn't immune to them. Zero reason to think Chihiro is aroace, he seems romantic and horny. Celeste shows both a sex and romance drive. Hifumi being there is just shitposting. I laughed at the straight section being empty.
