Okay, after some testing, I learned that killing three small guys gives the full 3 damage buff, giving her 2 more AP.
it is noted that I was forced to use 2 defence potions on her because of counter attacks.

You're right about her having the most single target damage, but the fact remains the same, the fight ends in 2 turns no matter what.
