idk I have been cooking for the family since I was 14 and I used to work in fine dining as a waiter so I'm not terrible... but still I got the meat a bit too rare and the crust wasn't crusty enough :(
You shouldn't be hard on yourself, when it comes to cooking! There are no mistakes just happy little accidents :) Just keep practicing
