Israel has this out of necessity. Maybe some of the Mizrahi had it due to being Middle Eastern. But the European Jews you can see very quickly learned how to deal with middle easterners in the middle eastern way. It's why Israel is always in a tough spot because they're judged like a western country but they're in a totally non-western environment and playing field.
