it really matters so fucking much on the city and the station, I don't even work in the town I live in (but an adjacent one), where I work I we got 2 rurals and ~20 city, yeah im ngl, the cca/rca situation is hella fucked, as I'm sure you already well know, eveyone "higher up" has done their time in "bitch/slave cca/rca/ptf mode" time when they signed on, but I fully agree it's absolutely fucked. Funny thing is remember my days as a newbie "wondering why so many regulars were "rude" never introducing themselves, or talking, but then again by the time I made ftr, and considering the dozens of cca/rca/ptfs i'd seen around the station a handful of time before I ever spoke to em before they quit, I grew to understand.
